If the carrier returns the package to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it to your corrected address.

When you unpack your order, you might notice a slight vinegar-like odor or a faint white residue. This is completely normal! It is a non-toxic fixation agent used during the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing process. It disappears completely after the very first wash.

We do our absolute best to represent colors accurately through our digital mockups. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings, brightness, and the nature of digital-to-fabric printing.

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or size exchanges due to buyer's remorse. Please verify your size using our charts before purchasing.

If you receive a damaged or incorrectly printed item, email us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement free of charge — blkguruapparel@gmail.com

If your tracking has stalled and passed its estimated delivery date, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery. We will investigate with Printful and arrange a replacement if deemed lost by the carrier.

We are unable to offer free size exchanges because we don't hold physical inventory. A brand new shirt would have to be printed from scratch. Please double-check our size guide before buying!
