SHIPPING POLICY
Fulfillment Framework & Delivery Expectations
Thank you for shopping with BLKGURU! Because all of our items are custom-made to order, our shipping process works a little differently than traditional online stores. Please review our policy below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

Fulfillment vs. Shipping Time Every single product you purchase is printed or embroidered specifically for you after your order is placed. This means your total delivery timeline is split into two distinct phases:

Fulfillment (Production): It takes 2-5 business days for Printful to custom-create your items.

Shipping (Delivery): Once your item is printed and packaged, it is handed over to the carrier. Shipping times depend entirely on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Note: Fulfillment and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. During peak holiday seasons, production times may extend.

Estimated Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, standard shipping times are generally as follows:

United States: 3-6 business days

Canada: 4-8 business days

International / Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Tracking Information As soon as your order is packaged and leaves the fulfillment center, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after the email is sent.

Split Shipments If you order different types of products (for example, a t-shirt and a ceramic mug), your items may be fulfilled in separate Printful facilities. Do not worry if your order arrives in multiple packages at slightly different times-you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost to you.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer. BLKGURU has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Missing, Stolen, or Delayed Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly before reaching out to us. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after a confirmed delivery by the courier. If your package appears to be genuinely lost in transit (no tracking updates for more than 14 business days), please notify us at blkguruapparel@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can coordinate a replacement with our printer.
