2. Print-on-Demand & Production Disclosure
Our store specializes in custom-made, bespoke merchandise utilizing automated print-on-demand fulfillment. When an order is successfully placed via our interface, the specific digital design is formatted and transmitted to our third-party print partner, Printful, for immediate fabrication, printing, packaging, and dispatch.
Important Fulfillment Notice: Because goods are manufactured strictly upon order parameters requested by the user, products are permanently unique to that transaction. We do not maintain centralized physical physical storage or ready-made stock inventory.
3. Product Representation & Accuracy
We work to render product images, textile textures, and design placement with the highest fidelity possible.
However, exact final display characteristics are fundamentally dependent on the digital screen parameters of your personal device. We cannot guarantee that your device screen's depiction of any color, hue, scale, or layout will precisely map to the physical fabric and ink output delivered by Printful.
Furthermore, minor variations in registration, absolute sizing tolerances (typically within standard manufacturing guidelines of +/- 1 inch), and ink saturation levels do not constitute defects and are natural attributes of custom digital textile printing.
4. Accuracy of Billing & Shipping Details
You agree to supply current, complete, and perfectly accurate purchase and account documentation for all transactions conducted at our store. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your shipping address, delivery phone number, and primary email address are completely accurate. Address Failures: In the event an order cannot be processed or delivered due to an insufficient, incorrect, or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, the physical parcel will return to a Printful facility. The customer remains fully responsible and contractually liable for paying subsequent reshipment fees once an updated address is verified.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to typography, site layout, visual graphics, logos, custom digital artwork, text descriptions, and code configurations, is the exclusive property of GuruVision LLC or our creative partners. unauthorized reproduction, mirroring, distribution, commercial exploitation, or
modification of any material found on this platform is strictly prohibited unless explicitly granted via formal written authorization from us.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GuruVision LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or third-party fulfillment associates (including Printful) be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or loss of data—arising from your use of any of our services or products procured through the store.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdictional Venue
These terms, the operational legal notice, and any distinct operational agreements whereby we provide you access to our Services shall be governed, construed, and strictly enforced in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these terms shall be initiated exclusively within the courts located in Sheridan, WY.
