### Return & Refund Policy

At the BLKGURU Clothing Brand Store, all of our products are made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because we use a print-on-demand fulfillment model, we do not keep inventory or accept general returns or exchanges. 

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below:

#### 1. Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a severe printing error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund. 
* **Timeframe:** You must report the issue within 30 days of the product being delivered.
* **How to report:** Please email our support team at blkguruapparel@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or printing defect. 

#### 2. Packages Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order to you if the carrier confirms the package was lost.

#### 3. Buyer's Remorse & Incorrect Sizes
Because each item is custom-made to order, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
* **Incorrect size selection:** Please review the sizing charts provided on each product page carefully before purchasing.
* **Buyer’s remorse:** We do not accept returns if you change your mind after the item has been printed.

#### Important Note on Sizing & Brand Variations

To provide the best variety of styles and fits, we print our designs on blank apparel from different high-quality manufacturers (such as Bella+Canvas, Gildan, and others). Because of this, sizing, cuts, and fits vary significantly between different products on our website.

* **Check the Individual Product Listing:** We provide a specific size chart and fit guide directly inside the description or images of every individual product page. 
* **Measure Before You Buy:** We highly recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own at home and comparing those numbers to the specific chart on the product listing before purchasing.
* **Our Policy:** Because every item is custom-made to order based on the specific brand chart provided, we cannot offer free replacements, returns, or exchanges if you order the wrong size. 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the specific size guide for the item(s) ordered.

#### 4. Wrong Address Provided
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

#### 5. Unclaimed Packages
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping the order to yourself.
